Sustainability
Sustainability is central to how Teravo Ventures operates, guiding the way we work and the impact we leave behind.
We are committed to managing the environmental impact of our operations under ISO 14001, the international standard for environmental management systems. It commits us to identifying the environmental impacts of our activities, controlling them through documented procedures, and reviewing performance on a defined cycle rather than an occasional one.
We take responsibility for the plastic our business puts into the market. Working with a government-certified recycling partner through the plastic credit system, we ensure that for every tonne of plastic we introduce, an equivalent tonne is collected and recycled. This makes our operations plastic neutral.
Our vision
- Moving towards recovering and recycling more plastic than we introduce, turning our footprint into net positive over time.
- Expanding the range of materials we recover and recycle beyond plastic alone.
- Improving energy efficiency across our operations and partner facilities.
As Teravo Ventures grows, we hold ourselves to a rising environmental standard rather than a fixed one.
